Services we provide:
We pick up your product from your supplier and route it to one of our warehouses, either in Chicago or Dallas.
To ensure we are providing accurate pricing, we will need the following information:
- Origin Pick-up
- Final Destination – RAM Chicago, St Louis or Dallas Facility
- # of pieces/cartons (Supplier can advise)
- Dimensions of each carton (Supplier can advise)
- Weight per carton (Supplier can advise)
- Terms of Sale / Incoterm (i.e. FOB, EXW)
- HTS Code (Harmonized Tariff Code) – (Supplier can advise)
If the value of your shipment is less than $2500.00 USD, it may be more cost effective to have your supplier in China send via courier. If the value of your products are $2500.00 USD and over, we will offer our most competitive pricing, whether it is air or ocean.
It is required to have Customs Form 5106 (attached below), the RAM POA (Power of Attorney) and Terms and Conditions (see below attachments) filled out and sent to us prior to when your products are ready for pick up.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, we visually inspect the exterior of your products to ensure that there is no damage. Upon request, we provide internal inspections for a fee – costs vary and will be determined on a case by case basis according to customer needs.
We label the exterior of your cartons, which will be forwarded to Amazon FBA. There are fees per label/per carton and cost to forward to Amazon FBA.

If you are a Foreign Importer and have not obtained a US EIN#, we encourage you to call +1-267-941-1099 and apply. Once you have your EIN# we can proceed with quotations and assistance in filing proper documentation.
* Please note, when you are ready to ship your products with us, this is the only time we will communicate with your supplier overseas.
Once your product is ready to ship, we require payment prior to pick up from your supplier or port.
